(HCMCT) – Hà Nội hiện đang có số lượng lớn F0 mức độ nhẹ và không triệu chứng điều trị tại nhà. Bên cạnh những hướng dẫn về chăm sóc y tế từ các cơ quan chức năng, gia đình cần đảm bảo cho các F0 một chế độ dinh dưỡng đầy đủ để đề phòng cơ thể suy kiệt, giúp tăng cường sức đề kháng, nhanh chóng phục hồi sức khỏe.
Chế độ dinh dưỡng cho F0 điều trị tại nhà
– Ăn đầy đủ, cân đối và đa dạng thực phẩm nhóm tinh bột, nhóm sữa và chế phẩm sữa, nhóm dầu mỡ, nhóm rau củ, nhóm thịt cá, nhóm trứng, nhóm các loại hạt, nhóm rau củ màu vàng – xanh thẫm. Trong đó, lưu ý tăng cường nhóm thực phẩm giàu protein (thịt, cá nạc… đậu đỗ, hạt các loại) để ngăn ngừa teo cơ và tăng sức đề kháng. Tăng cường trái cây tươi hoặc nước ép trái cây, rau xanh các loại, gia vị (như tỏi, gừng).
– Ăn đủ 3 bữa chính và ít nhất 1 – 2 bữa phụ. Khi ăn giảm sút do sốt, ho, mệt mỏi… hoặc người có thể trạng gầy, trẻ em, cần bổ sung các thực phẩm có nhiều năng lượng và protein như sữa và các sản phẩm từ sữa.
– Uống đủ nước (trung bình 2 lít/ ngày) hoặc nhiều hơn nếu có sốt, tiêu chảy.
– Không ăn quá nhiều đồ ngọt (khuyến nghị lượng đường <10% tổng năng lượng ăn vào).
– Tránh đồ ăn, uống có nhiều đường, nhiều muối, rượu, bia.
– Không kiêng thực phẩm nếu không có dị ứng thực phẩm hoặc theo lời khuyên riêng của bác sĩ.
– Thực phẩm phải bảo đảm an toàn. Không dùng thực phẩm ôi, thiu, quá hạn sử dụng.
– Bảo đảm vệ sinh khi chế biến thực phẩm. Luôn rửa tay trước và sau khi chế biến thực phẩm.
– Việc sử dụng các sản phẩm dinh dưỡng bổ sung cần theo hướng dẫn của chuyên gia dinh dưỡng.
